Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Easy Delivery Date. If it isn't the right fit, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every paid plan.

How to request a refund

Email support@easydeliverydate.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Notes

• Refunds apply to the most recent purchase, not to renewals from previous years.
• After a refund, the Pro license is deactivated; the free version keeps working.
• Payments and refunds are processed by our checkout partner (Merchant of Record), who also handles applicable taxes.

Cách yêu cầu hoàn tiền

Gửi email tới support@easydeliverydate.com trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày mua, kèm mã đơn hàng. Chúng tôi sẽ hoàn về phương thức thanh toán gốc, thường trong vài ngày làm việc.

Lưu ý

• Hoàn tiền áp dụng cho lần mua gần nhất, không áp dụng cho các lần gia hạn năm trước.
• Sau khi hoàn tiền, giấy phép Pro bị vô hiệu; bản miễn phí vẫn chạy bình thường.
• Thanh toán và hoàn tiền do đối tác checkout (Merchant of Record) xử lý, đồng thời lo phần thuế áp dụng.
